Cancellation policy

This policy covers the Freedom Plan, MoneyWarden's subscription.

How billing works

Monthly plan: $29.99 for your first month, which includes the Leak Finder template, then $9.99 every month.
Yearly plan: $99 every year, with the Leak Finder template included.
Plans renew automatically and are charged to the payment method you used at checkout, until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars, plus any applicable taxes.

How to cancel

Sign in to your account, open your Freedom Plan subscription and choose Cancel.
Or email info@uroot.co from the email address on your account. We'll cancel within 1 business day and confirm by email.

What happens when you cancel

You won't be charged again. Your Freedom Plan, including the Freedom Debrief and the hunt, ends when the cancellation goes through. The Leak Finder template is yours to keep.

Refunds

If a renewal charge went through that you didn't mean to keep, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full. Our Refund Policy covers everything else.

Price changes

If we change the price of your plan, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, so you can cancel first if you prefer.
