Delivery passes are cancelled inside each app. If you pay for more than one, it is worth checking whether you order often enough for each to cover its own fee. Steps are as of October 2026. Menus move, so if one has, search the service’s help center for “cancel”; the current steps are usually near the top.
First, check who bills you
Look at the charge on your statement. If it says Apple, Google Play, Amazon or PayPal, the subscription is managed there, not on the service’s own site, and the cancel button on the service’s site will not be there. See cancelling Apple subscriptions or cancelling Google Play subscriptions for those. Can’t tell? Search your email for the company name plus “receipt”. The receipt names the biller.
Steps to cancel DashPass, Uber One or Instacart+
- DashPass: in the DoorDash app, open Account, then “Manage DashPass”, then “End Subscription”. On the web: doordash.com, Account, DashPass.
- Uber One: in the Uber or Uber Eats app, open Account, then Uber One, then “Manage membership”, then “End membership”.
- Instacart+: in the app or site, open Account, then Instacart+, then “Cancel membership”.
- Billed through a credit card perk (like a bank-provided DashPass)? It ends with that card’s offer; check the card’s benefits page.
What happens after you cancel
If you pay for more than one delivery pass, check how often you order through each. Keeping only the one you use most weeks may be enough.
If the charge shows up again
Screenshot the confirmation page or keep the confirmation email. That is your proof. Check your next statement, and if the charge is still there, reply to the confirmation email first. If that goes nowhere, dispute the charge with your card issuer and attach the screenshot.
